Slide XL started with one big dog, one very messy home, and one simple idea: cleaning shouldn’t take all day. My dog best mate, Tama Nui — meaning “big boy” — brought plenty of love, muddy paws and pet hair into the house. Tired of constantly sweeping, vacuuming and mopping, I set out to create a faster, tougher way to clean. That everyday problem became Slide XL — made for real homes, real mess and real pet owners.

Our Story

Every great idea starts with a problem. For me, that problem had four paws, a big personality, and plenty of hair.

Meet Tama Nui, My much-loved dog and the inspiration behind Slide XL. His name means “big boy,” and with his big paws, heavy shedding, and love for outdoor adventures, the name fits perfectly. Muddy footprints, loose pet hair, and everyday mess quickly became part of life at home.

I loved spending time with Tama Nui, but I didn’t love the amount of time he was spending cleaning up after him. Sweeping, vacuuming, and mopping the same floors over and over became frustrating. Traditional cleaning tools often meant using several different products just to get the job done.

That frustration led me to ask one simple question:

Why should cleaning a pet-friendly home be so complicated?

I wanted one practical cleaning system that could help tackle pet hair, dirt, muddy paw prints, and everyday mess quickly and easily.

That idea became Slide XL.

From the beginning, the goal was to create something large, strong, simple to use, and suited to real homes with real mess. What started as a solution for my own household soon became a product designed for pet owners and busy families who wanted to spend less time cleaning and more time enjoying their homes.

Today, I and Tama Nui remain at the heart of Slide XL. Tama Nui may have helped create the mess, but he also helped inspire a better way to clean it.

When will my order arrive?

Orders placed during our pre-launch period (October 1 – November 15, 2026) are estimated to arrive between December 20, 2026 and January 15, 2027. This is an estimated window, not a guaranteed date — it can shift slightly depending on manufacturing, freight, and customs.

Why is delivery taking longer than a normal order?

Slide XL is launching in the US through our first production and fulfilment run, so pre-launch orders are being accepted before our US inventory is fully in stock. This lets early customers lock in the Mega Bundle and the $50 launch discount now, ahead of general availability.

What do I get with the $50 pre-launch discount?

Orders placed between October 1 and November 15, 2026 receive $50 USD off the regular price of the Slide XL Mega Bundle. This is limited to the first 2,000 US orders — once that allocation sells out, the offer may be withdrawn or replaced.

What's your return policy?

We offer a 30-Day Money Back Guarantee. You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your Slide XL for a refund if you're not satisfied.

What do I need to include for a full refund?

All original items must be returned, including the original box. Only one 38cm rubber roller may have been opened or used — incomplete returns (missing components or packaging) may not qualify for a full refund.

Who pays for return shipping, and where do I send it?

How long does my refund take, and how do I get support?

Once your return is received and inspected, allow up to 14 business days for processing. Refunds go back to your original payment method (PayPal, Klarna, Shop Pay, or card) — we can't refund to a different account. For any questions, email admin@slidexlusa.com.
