SLIDE XL MEGA BUNDLE — US PRE-LAUNCH TERMS & CONDITIONS
Effective Date: October 1, 2026
Thank you for being one of the first customers to join the US launch of Slide XL.
The Slide XL Mega Bundle is being offered as a limited pre-launch offer ahead of our first US production and fulfilment run. By placing an order during the pre-launch period, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms.
1. PRE-LAUNCH ORDER
Slide XL Mega Bundle orders placed between October 1, 2026 and November 15, 2026 are classified as pre-launch orders.
These orders are being accepted before the product is available for normal US retail delivery. Your purchase reserves your Slide XL Mega Bundle from our initial US launch allocation.
2. PRE-LAUNCH DELIVERY WINDOW
Because this is a pre-launch product, delivery will take longer than a standard in-stock order.
Our estimated delivery window is December 20, 2026 to January 15, 2027.
This is an estimated delivery window and not a guaranteed delivery date. Your order may arrive earlier or later depending on manufacturing, international freight, customs clearance, US fulfilment and carrier conditions.
We will make reasonable efforts to keep customers updated regarding the progress of their orders.
3. WHY IS DELIVERY DELAYED?
The Slide XL Mega Bundle is being introduced to the US market through our initial launch production run.
We are taking pre-launch orders before our US inventory is fully available so that our first customers can secure the Mega Bundle and receive the $50 USD pre-launch discount.
The additional delivery time is therefore a normal part of this pre-launch offer.
4. $50 USD PRE-LAUNCH DISCOUNT
Customers who place an eligible Slide XL Mega Bundle pre-launch order during the promotional period from October 1, 2026 through November 15, 2026 will receive a $50 USD discount from the advertised regular price.
The discount is applied to eligible pre-launch orders only and may not be combined with other promotional offers unless expressly stated by Slide XL.
5. SHIPPING & FULFILMENT
Once your order reaches our US fulfilment facility and is ready to ship, you will receive shipping confirmation and tracking information where available.
Delivery times after dispatch may vary depending on the shipping carrier, destination and other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
6. POSSIBLE DELAYS
The estimated delivery window may be affected by circumstances including, but not limited to:
* Manufacturing or production delays
* International shipping or freight delays
* Customs clearance
* Port or supply-chain delays
* Weather or natural events
* Carrier delays
* Other circumstances outside our reasonable control
If a significant delay occurs, we will make reasonable efforts to notify affected customers.
7. CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS
If you change your mind about your pre-launch order, please contact us as soon as possible.
Any cancellation or refund will be handled in accordance with our applicable refund and consumer-rights policies.
Nothing in these terms is intended to limit or exclude any rights you may have under applicable US federal or state consumer protection laws.
8. CUSTOMER ACKNOWLEDGEMENT
By completing your purchase during the pre-launch period, you acknowledge that:
* Slide XL is being purchased as a pre-launch product.
* Your order is not an in-stock, immediate-dispatch order.
* The estimated delivery window is December 20, 2026 – January 15, 2027.
* The delivery date is an estimate and may change due to circumstances outside our reasonable control.
* You are receiving a $50 USD discount in consideration of participating in our US pre-launch.
9. LIMITED INITIAL US LAUNCH
The initial US pre-launch is limited to the first 2,000 Slide XL Mega Bundle orders.
Once the initial allocation has been sold, the $50 USD pre-launch offer may be withdrawn or replaced with a different offer.
10. AGREEMENT
By placing a Slide XL Mega Bundle pre-launch order, you confirm that you have read and understood these Pre-Launch Terms & Conditions and agree to the estimated delivery timeframe and pre-launch nature of the purchase.
