We stand behind Slide XL. If you’re not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, we offer a 30-Day Money Back Guarantee.

30-Day Money Back Guarantee 

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your Slide XL for a refund. If you’re unhappy with your product for any reason, simply send it back to our returns warehouse at the address below.

Return Conditions

To qualify for a refund, the following conditions must be met:

• Only one 38cm rubber may have been opened/used
• All original items must be included in the return, including the original box
• Incomplete returns (missing components or original packaging) may not be eligible for a full refund

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot issue a refund for items lost in transit back to us.

Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected at our warehouse, please allow up to 14 business days for your refund to be processed.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout, including (but not limited to):

• PayPal
• Klarna
• Shop Pay Credit/debit card via payment gateway

We are unable to issue refunds to a different payment method or account than the one used for the original purchase.
